Nikon D60 10.2MP Digital SLR Camera

My first DSLR was a gift from my hubby, circa August 2008. I've always loved photography for as long as I can remember, now I'm excited to take my passionate hobby to a whole new level, and one day hope to turn it into a side profession. :)

60mm Micro Lens

Can't wait to test this out. :)

18-55mm Lens

This was a kit lens that came with the d60, it takes decent photos, but I hope to upgrade to macro lenses soon.



70-300mm Zoom Lens

Great lens if you're taking photos at a distance. We got the non-VR version, it's not too bad as long as you mount it on a tripod to keep it steady!



SB-800 AF Speedlight

Still learning how to angle this external flash, it's a great addition to our gear, however, since I've just started to play around with it, the flash tends to be a bit too overpowering faced straight at the subject, so still learning the different techniques. Paired with the Gary Fong spherelight, it's a great portrait flash, because the spherelight acts as a diffuser, so the flash is a lot softer and gives a nice glow.


Gary Fong Lightsphere

Great diffuser for any SB speedlight.


52mm Hoya Circular Polarizing Filter

Good filter to help saturate the colors in your photos.
