Tuna Macaroni Salad

Been craving a really good mac salad, found a simple recipe that looked yummy, however I've modified this to my taste..

TUNA MACARONI SALAD

Ingredients:
1 package (8 ounces) small shell or elbow macaroni
1 can (6 to 7 ounces) tuna, drained, flaked
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped onion (OPTIONAL, I personally don't like raw onions)
1/2 cup chopped celery or cucumber
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Preparation:
Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain and rinse well. Drain thoroughly and transfer to a large bowl. Add the tuna, mayonnaise, and onion. Mix well and cool completely; blend in remaining ingredients. Cover and chill.

Serves 6.

omg, i feel a little dumb. i just noticed that you mark your images as SABELLA, while i recently changed mine to BELLAJO (pronounced BELL-AY-HO.) i guess we have a lot more in common! i haven't updated anything new in blogspot in a long time so i didn't want you to think, "omg, this hooker is copying me!" because I really admire your work.
