Zuppa Toscana Soup - Olive Garden Recipe

Zuppa Toscana Soup
Makes: 6-8 servings

INGREDIENTS

1 lb ground Italian sausage
1 large diced white onion
2 minced garlic cloves
1 Qt Water
2 cans Chicken Broth
1 cup heavy cream
1 lb sliced Russet potatoes, or about 3 large potatoes
3 cups chopped kale
Salt and pepper to taste





Sauté Italian sausage in large pot. Drain excess fat.

In the same pan, add onions, garlic, sliced potatoes. Add chicken broth and water to the pot and heat until it starts to boil. Boil all ings until potatoes are soft. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add the heavy cream and kale last, and just cook until thoroughly heated.


Let all heat through and serve. Delicious!


It's more delicious with garlic bread! :D
