Makeup Forever Review

Sorry, I will be doing a collective review, rather than individually... So these are the items I got as a Christmas gift from my hubby and I've been testing them out to do a review... well, here it is! =)

+ Makeup Forever HD Primer - No. 6 Yellow
+ Makeup Forever Super Matte Loose Powder - No. 12 Translucent Natural
+ Makeup Forever Mat Velvet - No. 35, Vanilla (for medium skin with yellow/ beige undertones)
+ Makeup Forever Full Cover - No. 8 Beige (Concealer)

After using it for a couple of weeks now, I like the products...  this is just my honest opinion.. I have oily, sensitive skin, and live in a humid/hot climate.. and everybody has a different reaction and opinion, so it may or may not work out for you...

Here are the pros and cons I've found:

Pros:
- Full Coverage
- Most have no scent, the Primer has a fresh/clean scent
- Not cakey/heavy! You get the full coverage, w/out that heavy feeling that you are wearing TOO much!
- You don't have to use a lot of product
- Looks natural (if you find the right shade)
- Long lasting (stays on the whole day)
- No breakout on my sensitive skin  (probably a little breakout if you sleep with it on)
-Goes on smooth

Cons:
-EXPENSIVE!!
-Hard to identify what shade it is, because it doesn't have a name for their different shades. The numbers are hard to find.. I had to google some info to find the shade name..
-Goes on creamy.. but dries really fast when you put it on,
so you kind of have to put it on and blend it quickly..

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I have super sensitive skin, so my skin is really picky with foundations... I've tried a lot of foundations with no avail... MAC breaks me out.. and feels and looks cakey on me! Mineral powder foundations are light, but doesn't give me the full coverage I need... so I'm glad I've found this for now at least.. =)

It is REALLY EXPENSIVE.. it costs like over $100 for just these 4 products, so if you are going to spend on any of these.. I'd probably start off with the "Makeup Forever Mat Velvet" as a must-have out of these..

I will be posting a FOTD for this soon... Hope that helps any of you trying to choose a foundation. Good-luck ladies!
