Ingredients:
3-4 cups cooked white rice
3 Eggs (scrambled)
2-3 tbs soy sauce
2 tbs oyster sauce
1 teaspoon fish sauce
1 tbs crushed red pepper
2 tsp blk pepper
1 tsp ground hot pepper
1/2 c. chopped onions
2 cloves garlic (minced)
1/4 c. fresh parsley (optional)
1/2 bag shrimp
Veg. oil/olive oil to sautee
1/4 c. chopped green onion leaves (optional)
1) Add oil to pan, put on medium heat. Once heated sautee onions and garlic.
2) Once garlic and onions turn golden brown, add shrimp, cook for 5 minutes or until shrimp turns red.
3) Add crushed red pepper, fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Mix well for 2 mins.
4) Add cooked white rice, and stir/mix until it is all coated with the sauce. Let cook for 5-10 mins.
5) Add and stir in cooked scrambled eggs, black pepper, parsley, and ground hot pepper. Optional, you can top fried rice with chopped green onion leaves.

Ahhh you beat me to it! I had Thai Fried Rice next on my list! Well, I guess I'm gonna have to try out your recipe instead! How'd it turn out?
